Official Mod plurk and Announcements Discord

This just in! In order to streamline game announcements and keep all the game information organized, we've decided to create both an official mod Plurk and mod announcements Discord server for the game. The Discord server does not include a player chat, but should make it much easier for those players who aren't on Plurk to keep up with the goings on in the game. Links to both are below!
