As said above, Chicklet-mod will be largely MIA for parts of this event. But if you really need an NPC anyway, feel free to drop the request here. If it is for a thread in progress or looking for an NPC tag in to a TL please include the link here, as well as what you are hoping for with the NPC as Chicklet-mod will not be parsing as well as usual.
